Players in the Under 16 team further their development and footballing journey at Burnley FC Women.
Focusing on small group tactics to continue developing and creating decision making, the team look to dominate possession intelligently and play in line with the Burnley FC Women DNA.
The team creates an environment based on teamwork and togetherness with everyone playing their part in order for the squad to progress and develop.
The team look to continue their development in all areas of the game, demonstrating a positive attitude towards defending and looking to react quickly in transition moments.

The squad finished fifth in the league, with Burnley FC in the Community Coach Becky Clough taking over management for the second half of the season.
The team have worked hard throughout, with players in high spirits and proud to represent the club by wearing the Burnley kit.
The team has shown a lot of potential, it is believed with more work the squad could do well in the league and move higher up the table, with many players looking up to the Reserves and First Team.
