Players from Burnley FC Women First Team were in attendance at Burnley FC in the Community’s annual Charity Dinner at the Fence Gate on Friday evening, with the team receiving special recognition for their accomplishments over the course of the last two seasons.

Alongside First Team Manager Matt Bee, player’s Leah Embley, Sammy Fleck, Vikki Eastwood, Lauren Bracewell and Emily Wilkinson represented the Clarets Women and joined hosts Alastair Campbell and Jeff Brown on stage to talk about the team’s current success in the National League Division One North.

First Team Manager, Matt Bee said: “It was great for the women’s team to be given such coverage at such a special event.”

“Everybody at the club fully supports the women’s team and it was nice for the player’s to be present at a great evening such as the Charity Dinner.”
